Theodora's Blessings

Hail the goddess of thrifting!
She has blessed me with quite an armload of goodies of late, which will most likely take all week to snap and display here.
I think I shall call said goddess "Theodora" as it means "gift of god" and I consider all thrifted bargains to be gifts from the goddesses.

Among Saturday's many blessings were these purple linen-mix flared trousers, a 1960s leopard-print dressing gown, t-shirt, gold head band and some green glass bangles.
The Stylist and I went to another vintage pop-up market, which seems to be really taking off here in Brisbane ... at long last!
Number Three Son is making a reappearance after a long spell, just moments before we went to buy him some cool new sneakers that instantly put a spring in his step - boys need to feel scrumptious too you know.
This matriarch needs no encouragement when it comes to kids' shoe shopping.

A wee thank you to Theodora for the weekend's success.

The shoes are a year-round favourite, green plush velvet wedges I bought years ago from Nine West.
Number Three Son is itching to get in the car and morph into a well-shod young man.
Clearly from this pic, he's waaaay overdue for some cool shoes.

I have no idea what this t-shirt is all about ... but I do know that gal's sporting quite a spectacular camel toe.

Happy Fourth of July to all my beautiful American friends out there!
Desiree xo
